Jacki Purtell, MPP
Assistant Director of Program Evaluation
As program evaluator, Ms. Purtell’s work is largely focused on experiential and immersive student programs, while understanding what drives the best outcomes and practices for the Duke University Talent Identification Program. Her work emphasizes integrating stakeholder voices into the evaluation process, developing mission and values-informed instruments, and helping organizations operate as data informed. She works to link qualitative and quantitative data in reporting and story telling. She serves as evaluation and assessment consultant for the Duke chapter of College Advising Corps and the Rubenstein-Bing Student-Athlete civic engagement program and is an alumna of the NC LiteracyCorps, an AmeriCorps program.
