DNA: Discovering the Double Helix

Why do some people have blonde hair while others have brown? The answer is in our DNA, but how can a molecule small enough to fit inside each of the cells in our body have the information about the color of our hair (and so much more)? Spend the day learning all about DNA and why it is so important to who we are. Through interactive and hands-on activities, explore the molecule itself, the mechanisms of how it works, and some of the important ways that doctors and scientists are using it in new and exciting technologies.
