Notifying students is the last step you must take for your students to enroll in Duke TIP. However, many schools also choose to hold local awards assemblies in the spring to honor their TIP participants, and we encourage you to do so. It helps students take pride in their achievements.
If you’d like to recognize your students with a ceremony, you can request a list of your enrollees at any time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We also provide a sample ceremony script (PDF) and a certificate template (PDF) that you can use, as well as a press release template (DOCX) so you can notify local media of your students’ achievements.
Celebrating PSAT 8/9 testers
You may want to honor students who took the PSAT 8/9 testing through TIP. You can request a list of those students by emailing us at email@example.com. Please note: we do not provide scores; we only confirm which students registered and tested.
You can also use a separate press release template (DOCX) that focuses on the PSAT 8/9.
