Administrative Positions

Administrative positions focus on the big picture.

The administrative team ensures student health and safety, leads and supports staff, and manages program logistics. In these roles, you must use your skills to effectively oversee daily operations, staff training, and parent communication to make sure everyone—both students and staff—has the best possible experience.

You should possess supervisory experience and demonstrate strong leadership ability, excellent organizational skills, a willingness to accept responsibility, and an ability to work cooperatively with others. We often hire individuals with school administrative or student affairs experience to these jobs, but we welcome applicants from corporate, medical, and other organizational backgrounds as well.
